          During the recent heavy rainfall, we encountered an issue with water seeping through the ceiling of our bathroom and down the chimney of our fireplace.           Reached out to have a leak on the roof fixed. Their team reached out to me within a couple of hours with different options for scheduling an appointment. In fact, they were the ONLY roofing company to get back to me. Settled for an Emergency Repair as we had no choice given our holiday timeline.
