          Have you ever been in the situation when you needed a contractor and couldn’t get in touch with one or didn’t have your calls returned? If you have, that won’t be the case with No Payne Roofing. We came home to a potentially big problem on a Saturday afternoon and had a lot of difficulty finding a place that was open and/or one that answered their phone until we called Mike.           Some things you can’t prepare for! We had a minor leak from the roof space which thankfully only caused some minor cosmetic damage, however we needed to establish the cause. A call to Mike Payne resulted in an on-site inspection within the hour, a swift and accurate assessment of the cause, and a realistic timeframe and cost to resolve.
