I had a very dilapidated flat garage roof that needed a lot of dry rot repair. The wood needed for the repair was 2x8 tongue and groove Douglas fir with a bevel on the edges no less. Nor Cal roofing knew the one lumber yard that carried the wood and when the lumber yard ran out, Nor Cal had some custom milled to complete the job. My roof had a major damage during the storm of January 2023, and both the exterior and interior roof and ceiling was damaged.
