On Wednesday, September 18th, I called for a roof inspection for my parents' house, as we needed a complete roof replacement and planned to pay in cash. They scheduled an appointment for Friday, September 20th at 3 PM, assuring me that I was in their system and would receive a confirmation text. However, I never received the text.
