We had a leak in our bedroom. I made a list of repair companies and started calling. They either didn't answer their phone or did not bother to return my call. NorCal not only answered the phone but had someone come out the next day. Michael Hoerner looked the problem over, sent us a reasonable estimate, and explained what the repair crew would do to fix the problem.
