We had a leak in our bedroom. I made a list of repair companies and started calling. They either didn't answer their phone or did not bother to return my call. NorCal not only answered the phone but had someone come out the next day. Michael Hoerner looked the problem over, sent us a reasonable estimate, and explained what the repair crew would do to fix the problem. Called for estimate. Mike was out within 3 days. They were able to start quickly. Very prompt and professional. The day after completion it rained we noticed a couple small leaks in the gutter corners. I texted Mike about it and he had guys over to fix it within the hour. Very professional. Excellent work. We love the new look it gave our house and so do all the neighbors. We highly recommend NorCal Roofing.
