The value for what you get is greater than any other roofing company in the city. The trust instilled by the office staff and roofers is true to form in that everything was completed in a timely manner. They are hard workers! We had a leak in our bedroom. I made a list of repair companies and started calling. They either didn't answer their phone or did not bother to return my call. NorCal not only answered the phone but had someone come out the next day. Michael Hoerner looked the problem over, sent us a reasonable estimate, and explained what the repair crew would do to fix the problem. They gave the best value for tile replacement, sliding tiles, and moss removal. We had 6 quotes and they had the best price. We met with Micheal Porter from Stockton. Very good service.
