The Good - Their pricing was fair, well within other competitor bids. Job was completed on time and on budget.
The Not So - the representative seemed to be moving a little too fast or working from a small screen as details would get dropped and reappear. Not dishonesty in my opinion but just rather lack of attention to the detail as we went back on forth on the proposal.
