Went very well. Out of 5 quotes that I received from them and other companies, they were the second to the lowest. Very pleased with the work, from the sales side through the contracting phase, and then the installation phase...all was very professional. I had only one small, minor disappointment...and that was the cleanup at the end of the project could have been a bit better. But I'm very picky, and I'm sure for the average person, it would be great!
EVERYTHING about this job was great! From the Estimator, to the foreman, to the workers, to the billing followup....all great! A representative came by today to ask if we had any questions about the work, and to follow up to ensure we were satisfied. Overall they made a process where I was just expecting to get ripped off smooth and painless.
Initial contact with North Creek Roofing was made the next day after my request for bid was submitted. Within days, Josh (the company's estimator) was on site taking pictures. Once he realized this was a "nonstandard" roofing job, he brought his project manager John out for an inspection.
