The same day I called North Creek Roofing, Josh came to my house without my being there, did a complete evaluation, with pictures and drawings and approximate estimate and left them on my porch. North Creek was top-notch. Everything about the experience was above and beyond what I was expecting. There's nothing glamorous about getting a new roof but North Creek made is so easy and comfortable. They were extra attentive, friendly and really quick (in and out in a day and a half for a roof on a house that's 3,000 SQ-Ft). Their initial bid was higher than another company, and a bit more than we had hoped to spend, so we asked if they could match the other bid. These guys did a great job. Their estimate was thorough and detailed. They gave a competive quote with all the option. The install went well with no complications. They did a good job with the clean up. All the employees were professional and nice. My only complaint is that I did not get the warning about potential falling debris until the evening after they started. My poor dog was in the garage getting pletted with material from above.

Looks great. We are very pleased with the result. The crew was always very professional. Prompt, courteous, and cleaned up the yard every night. There was one incident in which a bundle of shingles fell off the lift and damaged a gutter. No one was injured but the gutter was very banged up.
