Northeast Home & Energy did a great job recently replacing my rotted 40+ year old roof and skylights. Last summer, I also had them replace an old patio sliding glass door and inatall a storm door. The team at Northeast, including John, Josh, Matt and others were easy to work with. Pricing was reasonable and explained well with great communication. Yes, we serve both residential and commercial clients, and our commercial roofing division specializes in durable EPDM roofing systems for buildings of all types, including condo associations and multi-unit properties.
