We had them do our roof first then our siding & windows. They also came out when we had a small fire that damaged part of our roof. No high pressure sales when having an estimate done. Through all the projects they kept us updated on project starts via email. It was great as it was during the pandemi. Once the project started we received a call nightly for Updates. The crew & staff are very friendly! Highly recommend!!!

Had a great experience from start to finish. Every single team member was friendly, professional, and polite. They had great communication throughout the entire project. While I was on the waitlist for installation, they sent biweekly emails to let me know what number I was at. And during installation they called daily to give updates. My husband and I met with them and love the product and will use them, but I will not give a good review of the credit department they use. Salal. They are not fair. They are narrow minded,only use one credit company and they are WRONG. if you use these r oofers,offers, your own financing. Just saying. Not a good experience. Word to the wise. I WILL use northern pacific roofers but get my own financing.
