We had them do our roof first then our siding & windows. They also came out when we had a small fire that damaged part of our roof. No high pressure sales when having an estimate done. Through all the projects they kept us updated on project starts via email. It was great as it was during the pandemi. Once the project started we received a call nightly for Updates. The crew & staff are very friendly! Highly recommend!!!

Northern Pacific Exteriors did an excellent job on my roof! They are worth the wait. Fantastic crew, professional, responsive office. They have done several roofs in my neighborhood (Shoreline) and I highly recommend them. They even tarped my roof (free of charge) when I developed a few leaks while on the wait list. I highly recommend them!

While I was on the waitlist for installation, they sent biweekly emails to let me know what number I was at. And during installation they called daily to give updates. I received several bids from different companies, but chose to go with NPE. Every interaction, from every department was exceptional. They were all well informed... Read more

Needed a roof and did my research. This company was advertised as the best and was the best. My roof looks extremely better and beautiful. Customer service kept me updated on start date and the crew did an excellent job cleaning up after the work was done.
