rom start to finish, working with NOVA Landscape & Design & Ali was a great experience. Ali was extremely friendly, listened to all our needs, & came up with a design that was perfect. One thing we loved about NOVA Landscape & Design is that they were the only Nursery that we considered would not give us an estimate until we went to the nursery & actually picked out the plants, shrubs, etc. we wanted in our design. We wanted to have our landscaping evaluated, because it was getting too mature. We wanted to get the house ready to put on the market for resale. He came and evaluated our current situation. He then went back and designed a new setup for us, retaining some of the old work while getting rid of some things as well.

They showed up on time, where fairly quick, and cleaned up well afterwards. However, they did not roll the topsoil. I questioned this, but they said that it would compact over time and be fine. After a couple weeks, the sod looked great, but it was a poor experience to walk on due to all the lumps and ruts in the ground. While not readily visible, you could certainly feel them.
