I needed some roof repairs after the wind storms we had recently and also needed to correct some poor work done by a different contractor. Fredo initially came and went up on the roof to document the work. Took pictures and showed me what needed to be done. The estimate was reasonable. The work was scheduled promptly. The crew led by Gomez Vasquez showed up on time, did all the repairs in one day and cleaned up all of the debris. Great job all around.

Novalis Roofing & Siding did a very professional and thorough job in replacing damaged siding panels and a minor roof repair on my house. They gave up-front estimates and identified damage that I had not been aware of - thereby preventing more serious future damage. They were meticulous in documenting damage and repairs with photos so that there would be no misunderstanding of what was needed and what was done.

Had the soft wash performed on very thick moss across the roof. Work was done efficiently and with care as the roof was 19 years old. The team spent time after completing the roof to wash down the deck and siding in the front and back of the house. Excellent job,
