Crew did a great job in taking an incremental approach to my 98 year old concrete tile roof - strategic caulking will hopefully do the job on a small leak - if not we'll go to the next step. Efficient and reasonably priced. Update 4/28 - 5x20 section of tiles removed, underlayment replaced, copper used it valley by dormer - required careful and skilled work on 99 year old concrete tiles. Great job on a unique roof.

I was especially impressed with Novalis's assessment of our problem. They provided professional pictures of our outside wall emphasizing the problems that needed to be addressed to fix the leak that was dripping into our living room. This made it easy to see and understand what they were talking about. I felt the price they quoted was fair and that they guaranteed their work. Novalis completed the work to our complete satisfaction.

Excellent service.. totally professional… cared about work..came when they promised.. worked all 2 days and cleaned up!!! Recommended them very highly!!
