I used Novalis to seal a small leak on my roof ridge. The company is now in its third generation. The semi-retired second gen owner came and physically inspected the leak from both roof and inside the attic. Two members crew came to perform the work. I called a week later as leak was not from the obvious spot. They came back the same day, checked all surrending ridge cap shingles and sealed all sides as well that worked.
