We used Novalis Roofing & Siding to diagnose and then repair several leaks we had in our house. They replaced, repaired and recoated two flat roofs and our third floor gutters. They were prompt, professional, courteous and respectful of our and our neighbors property.
UPDATE: We just had them out after the snow storm this week. They removed snow from the flat and pitched roofs to help avoid leaks. They were here 2 hours after I called. That type of responsiveness is unheard of.

We called Novalis after a particularly windy night ripped some aluminum siding off of where the side of our home meets the roof. They came out the day we called and made things safe before they could return to put a new piece on. They also gave a very thorough assessment of our roof and we had them fix a few other things that needed fixing up there too. Overall extremely happy. Great help in quickly addressing the damage from a tree on our house and the subsequent roof replacement. Very well done.
Crew did a great job in taking an incremental approach to my 98 year old concrete tile roof - strategic caulking will hopefully do the job on a small leak - if not we'll go to the next step. Efficient and reasonably priced.
Update 4/28 - 5x20 section of tiles removed, underlayment replaced, copper used it valley by dormer - required careful and skilled work on 99 year old concrete tiles. Great job on a unique roof.
