I hired Novalis Roofing to tear off my wood roof, which was covered over with multiple layers of asphalt along with three flat roof areas....steep roof areas with many angles.....a very complicated job on my 1890 Grand Victorian building. Novalis recently (June 2020) did our roof and we can't be happier! Mervin was the foreman of the crew that worked on our roof. He and his was crew were exceptional. I waited awhile to see how it performed in some heavy rain conditions before making this post. It looks great and performs great! Novalis will probably never be the low bidder, but I have zero complaints. I would definitely recommend using them.
