The Novalis team did an excellent job installing new gutters and gutter guard. The workers were courteous and friendly and answered questions and were knowledgeagle and courteous. Johnathon was reachable and prompltly addressed my concerns. I highly recommend Novalis.
They did a good job but working with them was difficult. I had to constantly follow up with the office for scheduling. On the day of the job they informed me that the electrician was on vacation and we had rescheduled for a week out.
I never like giving a small business a bad review but I would not work with Novalis again.
