I contacted Novalis about a leaking skylight on an EPDM roof. The skylight was a custom size and the roof a complicated material. They were very responsive, and very practical, in offering affordable solutions that would last long-term. They were able to replace the skylight in a short timeframe and stayed true to the timeline discussed. It was a very good experience.

Poorer report this year because gutter cleaning and maintenance inspection didn’t pick up repair to dormer roof, chimney flashing and some slate maintenance.

We called Novalis, looking for a fan to help relieve our HVAC, which strained in the hot summer. In their assessment, it was discovered that proper ventilation was never installed during the renovations of the house. The Novalis crew came and completed the job within a few days of our initial inquiry. We are very happy with the professionalism and work done and would highly recommend Novalis for any roofing needs.
