We had a small rain leak from a second floor walkout balcony coming into the living room ceiling below. Finding the hidden source of the leak had been almost impossible. Novalis provided targeted selective demolition of the suspect flooring and the flat roof below which finally exposed the small hole that had opened up. The Novalis crew rebuilt the floor framing where necessary and had a waterproof fiberglass coating applied to the new plywood decking instead of typical flat roofing material.... Read more

I highly recommend Novalis for your roofing needs. The estimate and contracting process was easy. The crew that completed the job worked efficiently and clean up all excess materials. There were no surpirses with the final invoice. Would gladly use them again.
