If you're like me, you're not a roofer and you don't know a whole lot about roofs. There are a lot of charlatans out there, who will entice you with a low cost and get a roof on your house sloppily in 2 days.
But I can tell you that Novalis was extremely thoughtful and thorough from start to finish. They identified some clear issues with our roof construction that others missed, proposed and explained very reasonable solutions, and were excellent to communicate with.
