They did a great job! They did things that the previous roofers should have done ( 20 or 25 years ago) and they did it much better. I kept following the work and noting the great things they did that I hadn't even expected to be done. No surprises in the end. They kept me updated with the wood that needed to be replaced so I had an idea of what the extra cost would be.

My husband and I are very happy with Novalis’s crew and on the work they did. We had a new gutter installed, fixed hole in the roof, and a couple vents installed. The roof was also cleaned off.
