From the very start, I could sense this company was different from others. Alex requested to go on the roof and wanted see the decking in the attic. He didn't see too many problems in the attic but it's nice to see the attention to detail. He saw some problems with the existing shingles and tried to explain them but thought it was better if he showed me with photos. Absolutely top notch service. We hired Novalis to re-do siding on my home. We received quotes from several contractors, and tried to find ways to go the cheap-o route. We ended up using Novalis even though they were on the higher end of the spectrum because they were clearly going to get the job done right. And they definitely did.
