I contacted Novalis about a leaking skylight on an EPDM roof. The skylight was a custom size and the roof a complicated material. They were very responsive, and very practical, in offering affordable solutions that would last long-term. They were able to replace the skylight in a short timeframe and stayed true to the timeline discussed. It was a very good experience.
Poorer report this year because gutter cleaning and maintenance inspection didn’t pick up repair to dormer roof, chimney flashing and some slate maintenance.
