Overall, a positive experience. Team did a really nice job replacing rotted window frames and siding on our beautiful old Victorian. We just had our roof project finished by Novalis, and our experience with them was great! I had some concerns about the age and condition of my roof, so the sales manager Andrew worked with us very closely.
