Hired Novalis for snow removal from our home roof to avoid roof damage. They changed an exorbitant $850 for an hour and no snow was removed from the roof. They claimed they removed the snow on top of the garage roof and further snow removal is extra. Need to be careful with these guys

We had a build up of snow on our roof that was causing a leak in our family room. We called Novalis first thing in the morning and the team was able to come out that day to clear the roof, helping to mitigate further leaking. Antonio then came by the following day to take a look for any damage / remediation and was so helpful. It was a great experience in an emergency situation! I highly recommend.

I needed some roof repairs after the wind storms we had recently and also needed to correct some poor work done by a different contractor. Fredo initially came and went up on the roof to document the work. Took pictures and showed me what needed to be done. The estimate was reasonable. The work was scheduled promptly. The crew led by Gomez Vasquez showed up on time, did all the repairs in one day and cleaned up all of the debris. Great job all around.
