Before contacting Novalis, I received quotes from 2 other roofing companies. Both companies tried to upsell me and did not listen to my questions. Their scope and cost was 3x what Novalis quoted me at.
Novalis was the only company that was transparent, told me what I did and didn’t need, and took the time to explain their process / answer my questions. I could tell they were offering me the best solution for my needs, not the solution that lined their pockets.

At my new Toll Brothers built Enclave townhouse in Chatham, I had a significant roof leak in early February. Of course I called the best local roofing company. Alex Pribula went above and beyond to identify the sources of leaks from 2 separate areas. He created a photo gallery from the attic and from outside. His repair proposal was detailed and added necessary improvements to prevent future leaks. He and Jonathan Novalis also identified a design defect.

As a realtor, Novalis is always my first call whenever there is any issue with a roof. Alex Pribula is super responsive and always manages to squeeze me in. He recently inspected a roof for me and identified a bathroom vent that was venting directly into the attic which can cause mold. He provided us with a reasonable estimate the same day. 100% would recommend and will certainly be calling Alex again in the future.
Shane and Joe were great to work with! I have a new beautiful roof with skylights installed by them. They did a fantastic job and provide workmanship insurance for their work! Highly recommend them for your roofing needs!
