At my new Toll Brothers built Enclave townhouse in Chatham, I had a significant roof leak in early February. Of course I called the best local roofing company. Alex Pribula went above and beyond to identify the sources of leaks from 2 separate areas. He created a photo gallery from the attic and from outside. As a realtor, Novalis is always my first call whenever there is any issue with a roof. Alex Pribula is super responsive and always manages to squeeze me in. He recently inspected a roof for me and identified a bathroom vent that was venting directly into the attic which can cause mold. He provided us with a reasonable estimate the same day. 100% would recommend and will certainly be calling Alex again in the future.

Shane and Joe were great to work with! I have a new beautiful roof with skylights installed by them. They did a fantastic job and provide workmanship insurance for their work! Highly recommend them for your roofing needs!
