We used Nu-Gen cleaning and restoration when our sump pump failed and our basement flooded. They were available right away and an agent, Mike Guimond, was sent within a couple of hours. Mike explained the steps that needed to be done and he made the process easy. A crew (Francisco Granados, Alex, Andres, and Esteban) was sent out right away and for the following two + weeks to clean, cut walls, remove carpet and flooring, and dry the the walls. Mike and his team did an excellent job cleaning up a nightmare sewage situation. Nu-Gen showed up on time and often for a cleanup that took weeks to dry. We always felt very taken care of. Mike and team also worked with our insurance to file claims and get us all of the paperwork necessary. Thanks again!

Frank and his team were life savers! Found this company via internet search and the testimonials prompted me to call. Frank came the following day for a full inspection and estimate to deep clean a rental property after previous (irresponsible) tenants moved out prior to new occupancy.
