Nu-Gen was extremely prompt and responsive, and they were a pleasure to work with. We had some significant damage to our house after the winter Chicago snowstorms and Nu-Gen was a huge help in getting the damage cleaned up and the leak mitigated. A fantastic company for your major cleanup projects. When my sump pump gave out, I called who was available first thing in the morning and Nu-Gen was that company. They came out, gave me a quote and setup service in the same day. Very professional, detailed, efficient and finished the job ahead of schedule.
