After my homes sump pumps failed and my finished basement suffered water damage, I called NU-GEN. They were on site within 30 minutes of my call for help. ON A SUNDAY!!! They were quick to advise me on the course they would take to mitigate the damage and make my basement beautiful again. Overall great experience with Nugen. After my finished basement flooded they had an estimator out within 2 hours of my call and the crew was over shortly after that. Very nice and hard working crew.
