Frank and his team came out. We found them on Yelp. Great reviews. The customer service was amazing from the moment we called through the end of our service. We had just moved here from California- and we were impressed by their fast response and attention to detail and ensuring customer satisfaction. Oh, and the windows, house and carpets were all clean! We will use them again.
Moises and his team are true professionals. Very responsive, on time, deliver on their promises, do quality work. We used them to address water intrustion in our basement. They cleaned it up, checked and sprayed for mold, took up, cleaned and replaced pad on one section carpet, cleaned carpets in several areas, cleaned air ducts. All done professionally and in a quality way. I don't have a comparison, but the pricing seemed competitive. We will use them again.
This morning we had Nu-Gen Cleaning and Restoration come out for a carpet cleaning, and I seriously couldn’t recommended a better company! They were on time, professional, and simply amazing at what they do. Before even coming out they explained to us the procedures of how/what they’d be doing in order to best clean the carpet. Between muddy shoes, and a dog that constantly gets sick, we had horrible stains that I never imagined would come out, and they were able to get EVERY LAST ONE OF THEM! I... Read more
Esteban and leticia came out cleaned my carpets they were very nice introduced their selfs as soon as we met, the appointment was for 8:00 am and sure enough as soon as I arrived to the property they where ready to get started. They walked me though the process and proceeded with the job! I would highly recommend
