            Nu-Gen was extremely prompt and responsive, and they were a pleasure to work with. We had some significant damage to our house after the winter Chicago snowstorms and Nu-Gen was a huge help in getting the damage cleaned up and the leak mitigated. They explained everything in a clear, easy to understand way, and we always felt like we were in good hands with them taking care of our problems.
