I was charged for 4 hours of labor when one of the two men sent sat in truck and then both went to "shop" locally for parts for half of the time. To their credit, O'Donnell accepted my reduced payment. However, I see that the gutter problem has just returned and I will need further service. Hopefully they will address this problem!
