Our team replaced the shingle roof with durable CertainTeed Landmark PRO shingles in Colonial Slate, providing both aesthetic appeal and long-lasting protection. Additionally, we installed white box gutters to enhance the building's drainage system. For the low-slope portions of the roof, we utilized TPO (Thermoplastic Olefin) to ensure excellent resistance to UV rays and weathering.
