After having a negative experience with their servicemen and notifying O' Donnell management of same, they have done everything to make things right for me. The manager returned to check the gutters which were repaired and noted the need for a cleaning to totally ameliorate the problem. They are now coming back to do that. I have been a prior customer and had good service in the past. This experience was not indicative of O'Donnell's work. I would not hesitate to use them again.
