Very responsive. I had a small siding repair and was happy that they would come out and replace the piece that blew off. In addition they made a suggestion that I change direction of my small roof gutter spout as I was getting some water stain. As a bonus, I had two outside motion detector lights that needed bulb replacement way up a roof line and they were willing to replace while they were here.
