As long as you’re willing and able to do the communication work, O’Donnell does a good job. They came to inspect our issue in a timely manner, but did take some work to get follow up as they weren’t the best at moving things along. They were responsive when we reached out. Our initial work was not all complete at first due to their error, so we had to call them to get them to come back and complete. However, they came back quickly and did a great job.

O'Donnell Roofing recently replaced a garage roof for me. They were quick to come out and get a comprehensive estimate together as well as answer all of my questions. Throughout the process Cristina was great about keeping me informed of the schedule and what to expect next. And when I unfortunately had a leak spring in my main roof during the project, Cristina and Matt arranged to have the guys come by and make repairs while they were out to finish the garage.
