I recently bought an asset property in Philadelphia and knew from from the start that it needed a new roof. I took 4 bids, and while O'Donnell wasn't the lowest price we found, they were close to it and I believed they'd do the job right. Unbeknownst to me, my realtor, and everyone else involved in the deal, the previous owners installed an addition that did not match the roof on the front of the house.
