Woke up to half a swimming pool in our basement. Contacted O’Donnell roofing, they came right out and used their drone, took pics. To our surprise, it was our chimney that needed to be repaired. They were very empathetic considering our situation. All fixed up and happy campers!

I’ve been a customer since 2010. They’ve installed a solar system, replacement windows, a skylight, and an attic fan in that time. Every employee I’ve dealt with has been great— friendly, courteous, professional. The was a major mistake made in the window replacement job, but they owned it and fixed it. Overall my experience with them has been very good.

I called to get an estimate on my roof, and nobody answered. So I left a message with my contact information. Somebody eventually called me back and said they would be out to take a look at it. I don't know if they ever showed up, but I never got an estimate. So I've been calling for about 2 weeks just to get an idea and compared to two other companies.
