I recently bought an asset property in Philadelphia and knew from from the start that it needed a new roof. I took 4 bids, and while O'Donnell wasn't the lowest price we found, they were close to it and I believed they'd do the job right. Unbeknownst to me, my realtor, and everyone else involved in the deal, the previous owners installed an addition that did not match the roof on the front of the house. We needed siding repair and called them. They were all polite and professional! Christina and Matt were a pleasure to deal with. Very honest and very reliable. The service from Stephen was excellent and he was also very professional. I would recommend them.

I had a leak coming in through some dormer windows. Matt and his crew came out and took care of it. We've had a lot of rain since and problem solved! They were busy, but they showed up when they said they would and got the job done. I will definitely be using their services again.
