The woman who answered the phone (unfortunately I did not get her name) was lovely, and Mike Cronin, one of their sales managers, was at my door within the hour. The quality of experience you get with O’Donnell cannot be compared. There are a lot of choices out there but I ended up with a home that was transformed to my exact specifications thanks to the time and attention from my first sales meeting to the finishing details that made all the difference.
