The office lady was great with taking my information and scheduling an appointment. I spent almost an hour with a representative explaining what I needed, he took measurements and photos. Two weeks later I contacted them for the estimate. I got an e-mail telling me that due to holidays and a lot of work, the estimate wasn't done. Ok - I said I will wait another week. Contacted again.
