COPPER ROOF INSTALLATION
Removed slates as needed around (2) side yard dormers and saved for re-installation.
Installed ice and water shield underlayment.
Slipped sheet between copper and ice and water shield.
Installed 1" curved double lock standing seam copper roofing system.
Tied back in with slate roofing as needed.
SHINGLE ROOF REPLACEMENT
Removed (1) existing layer of asphalt roofing down to the wood deck.
Removed flat roof materials from the gusset and rear dormer.
Inspected for damaged/rotted wood and replaced as needed.
Built small cricket at the side porch where debris gets stuck behind the gutter.
Installed CertainTeed Landmark PRO asphalt shingles in Pewterwood.
Upgraded to SmartVent and 5-star manufacturer warranty.
REMOVED AND REPLACED GUTTERS 6” “K-Style”
Removed 6" aluminium "K" style gutters.
Furnished and installed new 3" x 4" aluminum downspouts.
SHINGLE ROOF REPLACEMENT- Entire House and Detached Shed
-Removed (1) existing layers of roofing down to wood deck.
- Inspected for damaged/ rotted wood and replaced as needed.
SHINGLE ROOF REPLACEMENT
Removed (4) existing layers of roofing. ( 2 asphalt, 1 insulation board, 1cedar shake ) down to wood purlins
Inspected for rotted/damaged wood (replaced accordingly)
Installed CertainTeed Landmark Pro asphalt shingles in Weathered Wood
Upgraded to 5-star warranty
REMOVE AND REPLACE GUTTERS 6” “K-Style”
Removed existing gutters and downspouts.
Furnished and installed new Musket Brown 6” aluminum "K" style gutters. New strap hangers spaced evenly at 30" apart. All accessories are included.
Furnished and installed new 3”x4” aluminum downspouts in the same places as they were if the existing system was functional, or improve upon the layout as needed.
SHINGLE ROOF REPLACEMENT- CEDAR RIP
Removed (3) existing layers of roofing (2) asphalt, (1) cedar down to wood purlins on entire house
Inspected for damaged/ rotted wood
Installed CertainTeed Landmark Pro asphalt shingles in Pewterwood
