They were pretty fast in coming out to do the project after I signed the contract . It was easy to communicate with Kevin during the project . When I signed the contract and noted minor things to do as part of it , they did them correctly .
My brand new roof not only is leaking rain through two floors to my basement but also has mold growing under all the plywood in my attic. A call to the owner's son and he tells us it's because of the dew point and the ambient temperature. Explain then why considering i only had half a roof replaced, it is the new o'donnell side that is growing mold and leaking.
Thank you for coming out to fix our leak on our roof after this past storm. The quick service was awesome and great attention to detail.
