Removed (1) existing layer of asphalt roofing down to the wood deck on the main house and spring house in the back yard.
Remove plywood from front upper facet only due to mold.

This customer hired us to replace their roof, gutters, downspouts and some other miscellaneous home exterior work. For the roof, we removed (1) the existing layer of roofing down to the wood deck and even had to remove the existing plywood decking due to delaminating. We replaced all damaged/rotted wood and then installed Certainteed Landmark PRO asphalt shingles in Resawn Shake. Then for the gutters, we replaced them with 6" aluminum "K" style gutters and then replaced the downspouts with 3" x 4" aluminum ones. Lastly, our crew came in and installed new bluestone cap/flashing throughout various points and installed a new front door for them. When it comes to your home's exterior, there isn't a project that we can't handle!

Very responsive. I had a small siding repair and was happy that they would come out and replace the piece that blew off. In addition they made a suggestion that I change direction of my small roof gutter spout as I was getting some water stain. As a bonus, I had two outside motion detector lights that needed bulb replacement way up a roof line and they were willing to replace while they were here. Ian and Lio thank you for your good work!!!
