SHINGLE ROOF REPLACEMENT
- Removed (3) existing layers (2 asphalt & 1 cedar)
- Inspected/replaced any rotted/damaged wood
- Installed Certainteed Landmark Pro asphalt shingles in Moire Black with matching hip/ridge shingles.
- Shingle vent II ridge vents at main roof peaks as needed.
- Copper counter flashing on the chimney. Aluminum counter flashing elsewhere as needed.
REMOVE AND REPLACE GUTTERS
- Removed existing gutter on the front upper roof
- Furnished and installed new 6" aluminum "K" style gutters in white
- Furnished and installed new 3" x 4" aluminum downspout into the gutter below.
REPAIRS
- Installed Certainteed T4 solid soffit and/or aluminum capping underneath all fascia boards
- Custom bent white aluminum
- Installed aluminum capping to all fascia and returns

SLATE ROOF REPAIR - VALLEY REPLACEMENT
4 locations: 3 gable dormers at front of home, and 1 gable dormer adjacent to large chimney on rear slope
- Removed existing valley slates, flashings, and lumber as needed to transition from a "rounded" valley, to a traditional "open" valley.
- Installed new or reclaimed slate, as needed, to properly tie into existing slate.
- New copper ridge cap on peak of each dormer.

Had a great experience from the first phone call to the To the last. Very professional and got worked on in a timely manner. Sam and Alberto were wonderful to work with as our project managers.
I had wall damage in my kitchen from a leak that a bathroom vent pipe on my roof may have contributed to. O'Donnell came and replaced the collars on two vent pipes. Because of the age of my home (it was built in 1926) they had to special order new collars that would fit. They did very professional work and communicated the issue well.
