  • Asphalt Shingle Roof Replacement (includes removing 1 existing layer and another existing layer of cedar shake roofing down to the purlins on the main gable roof)
  • Skylight Replacement (furnished and installed 2 Velux skylights)
  • Gutters & Downspouts Replacement (installed new 6" aluminum "K" style gutters in white & 2 aluminum leader conductor heads)
  • Solar System (installed 15 CertainTeed Solstice 370w solar panels, a uni-rac racking system & EnPhase IQR Plus microinverters)
  • Garage Roof & Siding Replacement (includes removing 1 existing layer and another existing layer of cedar shake roofing & installing new CertainTeed Mainstreet Siding on the sides and rear of the garage, plus CertainTeed Cedar Impressions Siding on the front of the garage)

I recently had a new roof and skylight installed by O'Donnell. This was my 2nd time using them, a few years ago I had them coat the existing roof. I sorely needed a new skylight, and when they did the estimate, they showed me some water pooling on the roof advising a new coating would be ok for now but roof would need to be replaced soon. Had a roof repair job that needed completing and was having issues w/ a different company. O'Donnell was prompt with a scope and quote. They called with a last minute opening two weeks later. After a couple of days the job was finished. Crew was clean and efficient.
