SHINGLE ROOF REPLACEMENT
-Removed (1) existing layer of asphalt roofing down to the wood deck.
-Inspected/replaced for damaged/ rotted wood.
REMOVE AND REPLACE GUTTERS 6” “K-Style”
-Removed existing gutters and downspouts.
ROOF REPLACEMENT
-Removed (1) existing layer of roofing down to wood deck on the shingle and flat roof.
-Inspected/removed damaged/ rotted wood.
SIDING REPLACEMENT
-Removed (1) existing layer of aluminum siding down to sheathing on the rear dormer only.
-Inspected/removed damaged/ rotted wood.
GUTTERS AND DOWNSPOUT REPLACEMENT
-Removed existing gutters and downspouts.
