COPPER ROOF INSTALLATION
Removed slates as needed around (2) side yard dormers and saved for re-installation.
Installed ice and water shield underlayment.
Slipped sheet between copper and ice and water shield.
Installed 1" curved double lock standing seam copper roofing system.
Tied back in with slate roofing as needed.
SHINGLE ROOF REPLACEMENT
Removed (1) existing layer of asphalt roofing down to the wood deck.
Removed flat roof materials from the gusset and rear dormer.
Inspected for damaged/rotted wood and replaced as needed.
Built small cricket at the side porch where debris gets stuck behind the gutter.
Installed CertainTeed Landmark PRO asphalt shingles in Pewterwood.
Upgraded to SmartVent and 5-star manufacturer warranty.
REMOVED AND REPLACED GUTTERS 6” “K-Style”
Removed 6" aluminium "K" style gutters.
Furnished and installed new 3" x 4" aluminum downspouts.
