This customer hired us to replace their roof, gutters, downspouts and some other miscellaneous home exterior work. For the roof, we removed (1) the existing layer of roofing down to the wood deck and even had to remove the existing plywood decking due to delaminating. We replaced all damaged/rotted wood and then installed Certainteed Landmark PRO asphalt shingles in Resawn Shake. Then for the gutters, we replaced them with 6" aluminum "K" style gutters and then replaced the downspouts with 3" x 4" aluminum ones. Lastly, our crew came in and installed new bluestone cap/flashing throughout various points and installed a new front door for them. When it comes to your home's exterior, there isn't a project that we can't handle!

We helped this customer replace the roof on both their home and detached garage. While they originally had (2) skylights, they had asked us to remove and cover them up before we installed Landmark PRO asphalt shingles in Heather Blend.

For this customer, we replaced the roof on both their home and the shed with CertainTeed Landmark Pro asphalt shingles in Espresso. Then we replaced the asphalt shingles on the pent and above the window with a lovely regal red metal. We went above and beyond in ensuring that the color matched their existing red shutters and front door. We love the look of an asphalt shingle roof with a metal pent roof to make it stand out.

For this project, we removed (1) existing layer of asphalt roofing down to the wood deck on all facets of the home and also removed the wood decking on the upper roof due to the condition of the plywood. After that we installed CertainTeed Landmark Pro asphalt shingles in Charcoal Black to match nicely with the new metal roof that we installed on the porch section of the home. Having an asphalt shingle roof with a metal porch roof has been trending in Delaware County and it's a nice way to have your home stick out in the neighborhood. Had a great experience from the first phone call to the To the last. Very professional and got worked on in a timely manner. Sam and Alberto were wonderful to work with as our project managers.
I had wall damage in my kitchen from a leak that a bathroom vent pipe on my roof may have contributed to. O'Donnell came and replaced the collars on two vent pipes. Because of the age of my home (it was built in 1926) they had to special order new collars that would fit. They did very professional work and communicated the issue well.
